In this leadership role, you will coordinate, evaluate, and enhance spiritual programming. Your focus will be on creating impactful experiences for retreat attendees as well as ensuring your work reflects the core values of the organization. The role offers a chance to work independently and creatively while fostering meaningful connections with staff and volunteers.

• Develop and coordinate spiritual programming for participants
• Evaluate program effectiveness and participant engagement
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and team members
• Innovate and implement new spiritual initiatives
