We are currently looking for a creative, data-driven Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to take our digital presence to the next level.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced digital marketer with specialized skills in paid ad management, email marketing, and website strategy. You will be the driving force behind our digital marketing initiatives, ensuring our online presence matches the premium experience of our showroom floor. This role focuses heavily on digital execution and strategy, requiring a sharp eye for content and a strong understanding of online campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Advertising Management: Strategize, build, and optimize targeted campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive showroom foot traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • Website Strategy & Coordination: Conceptualize and plan website updates, promotional banners, and landing pages to improve user experience. (Note: You will not need to write code; you will act as the project manager, coordinating these updates with our dedicated web development agency).
  • Email Marketing: Design, write, and execute engaging email campaigns using Mailchimp to keep our customer base informed of sales, events, and new arrivals.
  • On-Site Content Creation: Visit the store regularly to capture high-quality photos and engaging short-form video (Reels, etc.) highlighting our products, outdoor kitchens, and showroom displays.
  • Graphic Design: Utilize tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud to design eye-catching visual assets for social media, ads, and email headers.
  • Local SEO & Reputation Management: Manage and update our Google Business Profile with fresh content, accurate hours, and timely, professional responses to customer reviews.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of all ads, emails, and social channels, providing regular reports on ROI and actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven, hands‑on experience building and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about website layout, user experience, and promotional updates.
  • Strong copywriting skills paired with an eye for digital graphic design.
  • Experience shooting and editing engaging social media content (photo and video) for a business.
  • Self‑motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple ongoing campaigns independently.

We are only accepting local applicants who reside in or near Greensboro, NC, and can visit our store on a regular basis to collaborate with our team and capture content.
