Job Overview:

The Part-time Marketing Specialist will work at scheduled shifts in retail stores, focusing on generating leads for our local office through engaging interactions with potential customers. You will be responsible for exceeding lead generation targets assigned by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through energetic and positive product demonstrations.
• Work independently while keeping your manager informed.
• Achieve predetermined performance goals.
• Generate high-quality leads for our top-rated products.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
• Smartphone is required.
• Self-motivated and eager to educate customers about our products.
• High energy and engagement levels for extended periods.
• Ability to apply our proven lead generation techniques for our #1 product.
