Project Coordinator

About

Eden Technologies is looking for a part-time Project Coordinator to manage and keep a software intern on track across our portfolio of platforms. This is a coordination role, not a technical one. You won't be writing or reviewing code. You'll be making sure the right things get built, in the right order, without things falling through the cracks. The founder stays actively involved and sets the direction. Your job is to translate that direction into a structured weekly plan and hold the intern accountable to it.

What You'll Do

• Understand the scope and goals of ongoing projects across our platforms
• Break requirements (provided by the founder) into clear sprint tasks for the intern
• Run daily async check-ins with the intern (WhatsApp or task tool)
• Track daily progress and flag blockers before they become delays
• Join a weekly call with the founder and intern to review the week and plan the next
• Keep a simple record of what's done, what's in progress, and what's stuck

What We're Looking For

• Experience coordinating or managing tasks in a software/tech environment
• Familiar with basic project management concepts — sprints, task tracking, standups
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Clear communicator, async-first
• No coding required, but you must be comfortable working with developers

Logistics

• Fully remote
• ~3–5 hours per week, flexible schedule
• Fixed monthly retainer: Negotiable
