Position Overview

For our Stuttgart region, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to support administrative operations and recruitment activities. This role requires a structured working style, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Provide structured administrative support to the regional team.
  • Maintain and update personnel records and internal documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and internal schedules.
  • Support onboarding processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of required documentation.
  • Liaise with HR Operations regarding contracts, documentation, and compliance-related matters.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in candidate sourcing through job portals and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial CV screenings aligned with defined role requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support local employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • First experience in administration or HR (internships or working student roles acceptable).
  • Structured and independent working style with high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Very good English skills and German language proficiency required.
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications.
