Position Overview
For our Stuttgart region, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to support administrative operations and recruitment activities. This role requires a structured working style, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities
- Provide structured administrative support to the regional team.
- Maintain and update personnel records and internal documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and internal schedules.
- Support onboarding processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of required documentation.
- Liaise with HR Operations regarding contracts, documentation, and compliance-related matters.
Recruitment Support
- Assist in candidate sourcing through job portals and professional networks.
- Conduct initial CV screenings aligned with defined role requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy.
- Support local employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- First experience in administration or HR (internships or working student roles acceptable).
- Structured and independent working style with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Very good English skills and German language proficiency required.
- Confident handling of MS Office applications.
