Part‑time Recruiter – manage and execute the company's recruiting process.

Responsibilities

  • Source & Pipeline Build: Proactively find, headhunt, and attract top‑tier talent across departments using proven hiring methodologies
  • Screening & First‑Touch Calls: Conduct structured interviews that assess capability, culture fit, motivation, and alignment, giving candidates a clear, professional, and positive first experience with the company
  • Interview Coordination: Manage interviews end‑to‑end, from scheduling to communication, making sure every stage flows smoothly and candidates move through the process with speed and clarity
  • Assessment & Scorecarding: Use structured scorecards and evaluation frameworks to ensure consistent, fair, and high‑quality assessments
  • Offer Management & Closing: Prepare and extend offers, handle negotiations professionally, and maintain strong close rates by building trust and communicating with precision
  • Onboarding Ownership: Lead new hires from Day 1, ensuring expectations are clear, resources are ready, and every new team member is set up for early success
  • Candidate Experience & Communication: Maintain detailed notes, track every candidate touchpoint, and uphold a standard of communication that leaves candidates feeling respected and well‑informed

  • Data & Reporting: Track key recruiting metrics like time‑to‑hire, offer acceptance, onboarding success, and pipeline health
  • Market Research & Benchmarking: Stay ahead of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability so the company remains competitive and attracts the right people
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with department leads and the Managing Director to understand role needs, refine job posts, and ensure each hire supports the company's long‑term growth plans

Requirements

  • Experienced Recruiter: 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience and has hired across multiple functions. (Strong Preference)
  • Online Marketing / Education Experience: Worked in fast‑moving online businesses – ideally in marketing, coaching, or education – and understands the pace, talent profiles, and standards required to hire effectively in this environment.
  • Technically Equipped: Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and work confidently inside ATS systems like Workable; familiar with assessment tools, scorecards, and structured interviews.
  • Fluent Communicator: Speaks and writes with clarity, professionalism, and confidence, and represents the company with a polished, candidate‑friendly presence.
  • Process‑Driven & Organized: Keeps pipelines clean, notes detailed, scorecards consistent, and candidates moving with speed and precision.
  • Independent Operator: Takes full ownership of the talent acquisition function and consistently raises the bar without needing follow‑up.
  • Coachable & Growth‑Oriented: Responds well to feedback, iterates quickly, and continuously looks for ways to improve systems, processes, and overall hiring performance.
  • High Standards: Expects excellence from self and others; believes in hiring only A‑players and understands the impact each hire has on the company.
