Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Coordinator located in Tysons, VA. The coordinator will be responsible for directing content, shooting, editing, and posting on client social media accounts. Daily responsibilities include planning and directing social media content, capturing footage on-site using an iPhone, editing short-form videos, identifying and recreating trending content, and uploading finalized content to platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to execute content efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing trends, platform behavior, and viral content formats
• Comfortable shooting content using an iPhone and producing short-form videos for IG and TT
• Ability to lead and instruct a group during content shoots
• Confident initiating creative ideas and contributing to content direction, not just executing tasks
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Must be based in Virginia (preferably near Tysons, VA) and available for on-site work 3 days per week
• Gen Z Preferrably
• Must be available for a minimum 5-month commitment
