A Recruitment Partner at Veriforce is responsible for managing the full recruitment process cycle; from talent acquisition, ensuring recruitment best practices are adopted, acting as a true partner to the company's managers and executive teams, and meeting recruitment requirements that enable our company to achieve sustainable and consistent growth!

What This Means Day-to-Day

  • You work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity on the skills, experience, and characteristics required to formulate a strong search strategy for each role.
  • You are versatile in implementing various recruitment efforts for commercial and operational roles such as sales, marketing, professional services, and technical roles.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with potential employees throughout the recruitment process to ensure a top-tier candidate experience.
  • You work in partnership with business leaders and managers, providing specialized knowledge and advice on different recruitment approaches to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Regularly organize meetings to assess the success of current plans and adjust recruitment strategy/approach as needed to meet company and market requirements.
  • Gather weekly recruitment updates to ensure managers are kept informed of progress.
  • Communicate offers and rejections, working closely with HR and payroll teams for contract-related matters.
  • You are in charge of organizing and implementing all company activities.
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and proactively seek opportunities for skill and experience development to positively impact the company/role.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • You have recognized recruitment experience (agency or internal).
  • Experience in recruiting sales professionals and key commercial employees.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing managers and senior executives throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Recognized ability to proactively source professionals at all levels across diverse fields.
  • Ability to effectively plan your own work, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work at a fast pace and with flexibility.
