Description and Requirements
As a Corporate Partner Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic development and expansion of our corporate resellers in Austria for Intelligent Devices (Clients) and Infrastructure Solutions (Datacenter). You work closely with an Inside Partner Account Manager and use your entrepreneurial mindset to develop innovative sales strategies that drive partner success. With a hands-on attitude and strong market awareness, you build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with corporate partners – up to C-level. Together with internal experts, you deliver tailored IT solutions and contribute to sustainable business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process within the corporate segment - from acquisition to successful closure.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies tailored to the Austrian market.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market and competitor data to continuously optimize our sales activities.
- Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Product Management, Marketing, and Service) to develop innovative and customer-specific solutions.
- Reporting: Conduct regular reporting and performance monitoring to ensure goal achievement.
- Partnerships: Build sustainable partnerships that ensure the long-term success of our corporate partners.
What We Look For:
- A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Sales experience, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Proven success in building and managing B2B customer relationships.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to maintain an overview in dynamic markets.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of the Austrian market and business culture is a plus.
