Partner Accounting Analyst Sr

Experteer Overview In this role you will manage the recognition, collection, and internal reporting of partner-related payments and credits to support Insight’s partner ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, and Finance to implement and monitor partner funding programs, ensuring accurate ledger recording and timely receivables. You will drive the month-end close for partner accounting and provide documentation for audits, shaping how partner funding impacts cost of goods sold and financial reporting. This position offers visibility across finance and business teams and a chance to influence funding programs that enable growth with key partners.

Rémunérations / Avantages • Support and advise cross-functional teams to execute partner objectives • Review terms of partner funding programs • Coordinate implementation and ensure accuracy of funding in the general ledger • Identify and research data issues in SAP related to partner funding • Proactively manage receivables: claim, collect, reconcile, document status • Build and maintain relationships with partners to resolve outstanding receivables • Lead month-end close and reporting for partner accounting with business owners • Record partner funding using GAAP principles and prepare related journal entries and reconciliations • Assist with internal and external audit requests

Responsabilités • Bachelor's Degree • Four years of equivalent work experience • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Experience with SAP and GL processes • Ability to analyze and reconcile partner funding data • Proven ability to manage receivables and close activities
