About the Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially astute leader to step into a true operator–partner role, taking full ownership of a high-volume, integrated fuel, retail, and QSR business.
This role operates as a standalone entity within the group and is designed for leaders who want more than a traditional employment structure — offering real ownership and long-term value creation.
You will assume full responsibility for the performance, growth, and operational excellence of a multi-revenue business, with autonomy to drive strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L ownership across fuel, convenience, and QSR divisions
- Drive revenue optimisation across multiple income streams
- Ensure strong margin management and disciplined cost control
- Oversee franchise compliance and execution of brand standards
- Lead and develop multi-shift retail and food service teams
- Deliver operational excellence in high-volume trading environments
- Report to group shareholders and ensure adherence to governance structures
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for commercially astute individuals who:
- Have led multi-revenue environments (QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), retail, FMCG, hospitality, or franchise)
