Your Role

As a Partner Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners. Your main role will be to grow your Partners and expand their Odoo customer base.

Our partners are ERP integrators and IT companies that include Odoo in their solution portfolio. As the main point of contact for the partner, you will coach them on best practices related to their commercial strategy, their implementation methodology, and support their growth throughout the partnership journey.

In addition to this, you will be in contact with a wide variety of prospects, from SMEs to large companies. You will identify their needs, conduct personalized product demonstrations, and act as an intermediary by connecting them with the most suitable partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business coach. You will have an impact on all aspects of your partners' business. You can consult the list of our partners by country HERE
  • Onboard new Odoo partners and create action plans to grow existing partners. Partner managers can define their partners' path to success themselves
  • Build long-term win-win relationships with your partner portfolio
  • Work on inbound leads and manage the entire sales cycle: qualify client needs, convince them with personalized demos, negotiate prices
  • Connect clients with the right Odoo partner and close the deal.

Indispensable:

  • Professional French and English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset. "It's not my job" is not part of your vocabulary.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about sales, you love to convince, negotiate and achieve goals. You don't take 'no' for an answer.
  • You like to take initiatives to help the team, your partners and clients, you thrive in an autonomous environment.
  • Unlimited work permit for France.

Desirable:

  • First experience in complex sales as an SDR or Business Developer, with an interest in partner management and development.
  • A strong interest in technology is a plus, especially familiarity with ERP and SaaS solutions.
