Responsibilities
Partner Performance Management
- Analyze publisher KPIs (acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, ROI, ...)
- Evaluate the actual performance of partners and their business contribution
- Identify optimization levers and propose action plans
- Build dashboards and management tools
Partnership Management and Development
- Monitor operational relationships with publishers
- Participate in the onboarding and qualification of new partners
- Contribute to discussions with existing and future partners
- Ensure the quality and consistency of the portfolio
Contractual Monitoring and Compliance
- Verify the proper application of contractual commitments
- Ensure consistency between performance and negotiated conditions
- Liaise with legal teams if necessary
Decision Support
- Produce analyses enabling clear trade-offs: develop, optimize, or stop a partnership
- Support the Director of Partnerships in the strategic management of the portfolio
- Provide a structured and factual view of overall performance
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, performance marketing, media, or digital partnerships
Skills
- Analytical and performance-oriented mindset
- Very good command of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to take a step back and make decisions
- Good interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable in growing environments
Qualities
- Rigor, synthesis skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to take a step back and formulate clear, quickly actionable recommendations
