Unito is a software startup that helps work collaboration tools speak to each other. We're currently 40+ employees.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Partner Program Manager who will be responsible for the growth of their partner accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Source sales opportunities from partnerships you develop and own.
  • Sourcing, launching and scaling technology partnerships.
  • Partner enablement, activation and co‑selling (for owned partners).
  • Host joint events and/or webinars with partners.
  • Build and maintain communication strategies with key contacts in partner companies.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to develop relationships and collaborate with a wide variety of profiles (product, marketing, sales) inside and outside of the organization.
  • Experience with partnerships of any kind (channel, strategic, integration, etc) - ideally in the collaborative work management space.
  • A deep understanding of a technology sales cycle.
  • Has developed partner collaterals and delivered enablement sessions.
  • Good understanding of the main channels for B2B commercialization.
  • Strong spoken & written English.

Other valued skills (not required)

  • Collaborated with Product teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
  • Experience with some of the tools we integrate.
  • A first experience with the Unito app.
  • Ability to communicate in French (or desire to learn!).

Team

Reporting to the CEO, you will work closely with another Partner Marketer and the rest of our pre‑sales team.

Office situation

We're a hybrid company. All employees are based in Montreal where we have our office and can choose to work remotely for part of the week.

Salary

Transparent and data-backed salaries. Salary range: $100,000 to $140,000 base + 30% commission.
