Partner Success & Growth Manager - Germany (NRW / Lower Saxony)
Oscar Autovermietung
About the role
About
Oscar Mobility is redefining car rental globally. With 600+ locations across Europe (Denmark, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, and Belgium) and the US, we are scaling fast and rewriting the rules of mobility. Our asset‑light, data‑driven platform enables car dealerships and workshops to unlock new revenue streams, turning idle vehicles into profitable rental services.
Role
Partner Success & Growth Manager in Germany – own Oscar's partner relationships and support market expansion. You will be the face of Oscar to our existing rental partners—helping them grow, solving their problems, and making sure they get the most out of our platform. At the same time, you will help us identify and win the next wave of partners, building a repeatable engine for expanding Oscar's footprint across the country. This is a commercial role with operational depth. You are not just maintaining relationships—you are actively driving growth, both with existing partners and new ones.

What you will do
Partner Development & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Oscar's rental partners in Germany, building trusted, long‑term relationships through regular communication – written, virtual, and in‑person visits
- Proactively identify growth opportunities with existing partners: recommending how to scale their fleet and optimizing availability for demand
- Support the onboarding of new partners onto the Oscar platform, ensuring a smooth setup and fast time‑to‑first‑booking
Inside Sales & Market Expansion
- Analyze the attractiveness and business potential of regions across Germany to identify where Oscar should expand next – combining market data, competitor presence, and demand signals
- Evaluate and qualify inbound and outbound leads, assessing fleet size, location quality, and operational fit before progressing them through the pipeline
- Build and refine a repeatable acquisition engine: outreach sequences, qualification criteria, pitch materials, and handover processes – in close coordination with the Germany Country Director
- Engage directly with high‑potential prospects, supporting or leading conversations depending on complexity and stage
Performance & Operations
- Actively manage pricing recommendations and availability to maximize partner revenue and Oscar's marketplace competitiveness in Germany, tracking KPIs and flagging underperformance early
- Build and maintain performance dashboards for partners and internal stakeholders, sharing insights and best practices with counterparts across Oscar's other markets (NL, DK, ES, BE)
- Oversee operational topics on behalf of partners — damage management, insurance claims, vehicle registrations, GPS trackers, credit assessments, collections, and contract documentation
- Act as the first line of escalation for partner issues, resolving problems quickly and steering partners towards Oscar's platform and self‑service tools over time
Who you are
- You are commercially minded and relationship‑driven – you enjoy building trust with partners and are motivated by helping them grow
- You have 2–4 years of experience in account management, inside sales, partner success, or a similar commercial role – ideally in a marketplace, mobility, logistics, or SaaS business
- You're eager to build – you see a growing market and are excited about the opportunity. You want to be the one who turns it into a success story
- You are comfortable with data – you can read a dashboard, spot an underperforming partner, and turn a KPI into a conversation
- You are organized and process‑oriented, able to manage a large partner portfolio without dropping the ball on operational details
- You take initiative – when you see a gap in a process or a region that looks underserved, you flag it and do something about it
- You are fluent in German and English – most partner communication will be in German, internal collaboration in English
- You are based in or willing to relocate to the NRW or Lower Saxony region
