Bridal Show Partner Success Manager

Position Overview

Elegant Bridal Productions is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to help grow our bridal shows and wedding marketing opportunities throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Deleware, and Maryland. This role focuses on vendor sales, venue partnerships, sponsorships, magazine advertising, and relationship building within the wedding industry.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, professional, and comfortable communicating by phone, email, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Contact wedding professionals to sell booth space for bridal shows
• Follow up with leads from website registrations, social media, and past events
• Reach out to venues about hosting bridal shows and promotional opportunities
• Sell advertising opportunities including:
  • Bridal show participation
  • Website banners
  • Magazine ads
  • Vendor spotlight features
  • Sponsorship packages
• Maintain vendor relationships and assist with renewals
• Help fill undersold bridal shows through outbound sales calls and emails
• Send contracts and payment information through the Vendor Portal
• Track leads, sales activity, payments, and follow-ups
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team
• Assist with social media outreach and vendor recruitment campaigns
• Attend bridal shows when needed to support vendors and event operations

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong phone, email, and communication skills
• Comfortable using social media platforms and basic computer programs
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Knowledge of weddings, events, or bridal industry is a plus
• Positive attitude and professional appearance

Compensation

• Base pay and/or commission opportunities available

Schedule

• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
• Some evening and weekend availability required for bridal shows and events
