About the role

Role Overview

Sukoon is looking for a Partner Success Manager to build and manage a strong network of practitioners.

You will start by onboarding Raqi’s (Ruqyah practitioners) and later expand into coaches and counsellors, ensuring quality, trust, and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, connect, and onboard qualified Raqi’s
  • Build relationships with practitioners and maintain regular engagement
  • Evaluate partner credibility, communication, and alignment with Sukoon’s values
  • Expand network to include coaches and counsellors
  • Drive partner activation and ensure consistent participation
  • Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and basic training
  • Use social media (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) for outreach and discovery

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (IG, YT, FB)
  • Self-driven, proactive, and organized
  • Basic understanding of wellness / spiritual / counselling ecosystem (preferred, not mandatory)
