- Marketing & Communication: Execute regular marketing outreach to agents via email, WhatsApp, and other channels to announce open programs, new partnerships, and seat availability.
- Performance & Compliance: Track agent performance against targets and ensure all partners follow institutional standards, service levels, and organizational expectations.
- Evidence & Registration: Manage the end-to-end agent registration process, including collecting and filing all necessary evidence (Agreements, KYC, and background checks).
- Database Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in the agent database, ensuring all partner contact info, commission structures, and status updates are current.
- Application Monitoring: Work with the internal teams to track agent-led applications and push for missing documents or tuition payments to move files forward.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly updates on agent activity, including new registrations, top-performing partners, and the results of recent marketing broadcasts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or agent relations, specifically within the international education industry.
- Sector Expertise: Strong understanding of the Canadian education system, including admission cycles, program requirements, and agent commission structures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conduct professional training sessions and marketing broadcasts via WhatsApp and email.

- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM management and digital communication tools to maintain an accurate partner database and track real-time performance.
Skills
- Consultative Training: The ability to simplify complex admission rules for external partners.
