Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification advantageous: bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related fields.
Experience
- Experience in sales, marketing strategies, channel management
- At least 4 years’ work experience
Partnership Management
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with acquisition channels, ensuring mutual benefit and reducing the risk of competitors gaining traction.
- Gain a thorough understanding of key acquisition channel needs.
- Grow existing channel relationships by continuously proposing solutions or initiating projects aligned to their business objectives, including employee training.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with acquisition channels to resolve issues and meet communication needs in line with targets.
- Ensure effective internal communication between the Acquisition Manager and Sales Executives, while keeping external communication clear and consistent.
- Effectively manage aggregator relationships.
- Strengthen external stakeholder relationships through targeted outreach and proactive initiative management, ensuring a streamlined process from start to finish.
- Ensure both acquisition channels and our client deliver on agreed commitments and SLAs.
Pipeline Building and Management
- Play an integral role in generating relevant leads.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Manage projects within allocated budgets.
- Proactively train employees within the assigned portfolio to identify opportunities as they arise.
- Ensure all relevant parties deliver work within agreed timelines.
Industry Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on the features and benefits of our client’s services and offerings.
- Adhere to defined processes and business rules.
- Leverage acquisition channel resources to share insights back into their client.
- Maintain current knowledge of financing options to support acquisition channels and achieve our client’s KPIs.
Support
- Ensure accurate data capture in line with business rules.
- Provide contingency support for lead loading challenges.
- Gather and provide information for distribution partnership data analysis and reporting.
