Parts Product Specialist 100 %

What you'll do:

  • You will manage our Volvo Original Parts ("Genuine Parts Offer") and implement targeted marketing activities together with our market partners.
  • You will actively develop our extended assortment in the TruckShop ("Extended Parts Offer"), from new products and price/assortment adjustments to promotions and communication.
  • You will support our market partners in their daily business (orders, deliveries, returns) and process discrepancy reports and exchange parts.
  • You will maintain content in the Trucks Portal, create news, and ensure clear communication within the dealer network.
  • You will advance our B2B tool "Parts Store," support users, and thereby actively strengthen the counter business of our market partners.

In short: You will ensure that our parts offerings, systems, and partners work together optimally – efficiently, customer-oriented, and #eifachvärldsklass!

What you need:

  • Commercial or technical basic training, ideally supplemented by experience in product or project management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and affinity for web applications (CMS, E-Commerce).
  • Experience in content management (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) and marketing is an advantage.
  • Fluent in German or Austrian German, with good knowledge of the other language and English at least at B1 level.
  • Knowledge in parts logistics and/or the automotive or commercial vehicle sector is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, a communicative personality with a proactive approach to work.
