About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories
  • Provide accurate quotations and process sales orders efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of parts and inventory
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally
  • Ensure stock availability and liaise with the warehouse or procurement team when needed
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance
  • Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-presented

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
  • Previous experience in automotive parts sales (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy (experience with parts systems will be advantageous)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
