Your Role

In the Information & Technology department, we support the implementation of Zurich Switzerland's strategy by driving digitalization and aligning our data, processes, and applications with a strict customer focus.

In the role of IT Project Manager, you will lead various projects with different levels of maturity within the P&C portfolio and contribute to making Zurich's processes and systems modern and sustainable.

What you do

• You lead IT projects for the further development of Zurich Switzerland's P&C business
• You develop project plans, coordinate them with Digital Product Managers, incorporate them into various roadmaps, and orchestrate the implementation between agile teams
• You actively manage stakeholder expectations
• You communicate transparently and at the appropriate level, reporting on project status, deliverables, progress, costs, risks, etc.
• You work on cross-functional and transformative P&C topics and processes

What you bring

• Completed Master's or Bachelor's degree with a focus on IT or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager or in related roles, preferably in the insurance, financial industry, or consulting environment
• Proven experience in project work with agile (SAFe, Scrum) as well as classic methods
• Leadership personality with strong presentation, analytical, and conceptual skills, combined with a quick grasp
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
