About the role

A highly successful and exceptionally stable insurance organization is building out a major new Property & Casualty reinsurance operation, and this is one of the key accounting leadership hires tied to that growth.

This is not a maintenance role inheriting a mature structure.

This is an opportunity to help shape accounting, reporting, process, and operational infrastructure for a growing P&C reinsurance business inside a company with substantial resources, executive visibility, and long-term commitment to the space.

The role has flexibility around level and scope.

The company is open to:

  • a strong Senior Manager ready to step into broader leadership or
  • a more experienced accounting leader who wants meaningful influence without needing a CFO title

The environment is highly collaborative and visible. You will work closely with leadership on technical accounting, reserving analysis, reporting, audits, controls, and process development tied to sophisticated P&C and reinsurance operations.

  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
