Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing PCBA and box build.
• Experience using tools such as Valor and Allegro to perform Design For Excellence (DFx).
• Experience with development of PCBA manufacturing processes including acceptance testing, startup and qualification.
• Experience in new sites, line, equipment bring up and transfer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience with product data management (PDM) tool (e.g., SAP, Agile, Windchill).
• Experience developing effective technical relationships with manufacturers/vendors.
