Professional Development Programs Manager

Position Introduction

CECPD is seeking a Professional Development Programs Manager to provide strategic leadership for innovative, high impact early childhood professional development initiatives across Oklahoma. This role drives collaboration ensures program excellence, and shapes systems that support early childhood educators and leaders statewide.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 24 months of administrative experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of experience.
