Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a PDM Functional Leader (m/f) to join our Product Data Management department based in Toulouse.

You will join the DPPP (Product Data Management) department, the digital heart of the Airbus Develop organization, within a transnational team managing the "nervous system" of aeronautical technical data. We are looking for innovative profiles to ensure the consistency of a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for 10,000 users and to support the transformation of our systems toward a cloud-native and micro-services architecture, serving current programs and future projects.

Your challenges

• Lead the end-to-end functional definition of PDM domains to ensure a seamless "Single Source of Truth" for aircraft data.
• Drive next-generation PDM projects by anticipating tech trends and managing synergies with legacy systems.
• Align Architects, System Analysts, and Developers to deliver high-quality solutions within Agile Release Trains (ART).
• Orchestrate functional decision-making to maintain architectural consistency and minimize functional debt.
• Help define future PDM solutions based on Open Technology standards.

Your boarding pass

• Background in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Information Systems Management.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Business Analysis, Functional Architecture, or Product Management within a complex industrial PDM/PLM environment.
• Mastery of Bill of Materials (BOM), Configuration Management, and technical data integration in 3D environments.
• Pragmatic leader with a "doer" mentality, capable of bridging the gap between strategic vision and technical implementation.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (transnational environment); proficiency in French is a plus for the Toulouse location.
