As a Controller, you will manage a team of five accounting professionals, ensuring their alignment with business goals through effective coaching and development. Collaborate with supply chain teams to enhance reporting accuracy and provide actionable insights that drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive team accountability through effective leadership
• Present financial results to executives with insights
• Manage month-end close for timely financial reporting
• Support cash flow monitoring and management
• Establish internal controls for compliance and accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• CPA or equivalent required
• 10+ years of finance/accounting experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
