Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA certification)

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex Pega applications using Constellation UX and modular architecture.
• Build reusable components and frameworks aligned to financial services and insurance workflows.
• Collaborate with solution architects to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor teams, conduct code/design reviews, and ensure compliance and scalability.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems like payment gateways and trading platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Pega experience with at least 3 years as a Lead System Architect (CLSA required).
• Strong expertise in Pega Infinity, Constellation, DX APIs, DevOps, and integration patterns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
