Requirements

• Proficient in Pega PRPC concepts [Class structure, rule resolution, Case management, Integrations (SOAP/REST), Data Pages, Activities, parallel development, versioning, deployment etc.]
• CSSA certification is mandatory (LSA level 1 would be a plus)
• Pega Customer Service (earlier Pega Customer Process Manager, CPM) certification is mandatory with working experience
• Must have recent hands on experience in Pega development
• Should have understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Good communication skills.
