You’ll work alongside experienced Pega professionals while staying close to the build — solving real-world business challenges through smart architecture and clean implementation.

What you bring to the table:

• 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience in a Senior System Architect level
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Pega solutions
• Solid understanding of application design, case management, integrations, and performance tuning
• Experience guiding developers and contributing to technical delivery
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in enterprise environments

Your responsibilities:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Hybrid work arrangement with partial onsite requirement (to be confirmed)
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Pega applications
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Perform design reviews and ensure high-quality delivery
• Support and mentor junior developers when needed
• Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams
• Contribute to integration design and performance optimization
• Participate in client discussions and technical workshops

Job Requirements:

• Must currently live in New York City or within commuting distance
• Candidates must be based on the East Coast
• Right to work in the United States (US Citizenship or Green Card required)
• Pega CSSA certification required
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, etc.)
• Exposure to Java/J2EE, Oracle, DB2, MS SQL, or similar technologies is a plus
• Comfortable engaging with client stakeholders

What we offer:

• Competitive salary: $140,000 – $190,000 DOE
