Job Description
Value Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Tech Lead with LSA (Lead System Architect) certification to join our dynamic team. As a Pega Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical design, development, and implementation of Pega-based solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Pega developers.
- Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Participate in requirements gathering and analysis, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain Pega applications, using Pega's best practices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Mentor and train junior developers.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Pega applications with other systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and trends.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Ensure adherence to Pega development standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of reusable components and frameworks.
- Manage and prioritize tasks within the team, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- LSA (Lead System Architect) certification is mandatory.
- 8+ years of experience in Pega development.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture and design principles.
- Experience with Pega PRPC/Pega Platform 8.x and above.
- Proficiency in Pega rules, activities, data transforms, and UI development.
- Experience with Pega integration services (REST, SOAP).
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud-based Pega deployments is a plus.
