Value Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Tech Lead with LSA (Lead System Architect) certification to join our dynamic team. As a Pega Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical design, development, and implementation of Pega-based solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Pega developers.
  • Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and analysis, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain Pega applications, using Pega's best practices.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Mentor and train junior developers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Pega applications with other systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and trends.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
  • Ensure adherence to Pega development standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable components and frameworks.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks within the team, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • LSA (Lead System Architect) certification is mandatory.
  • 8+ years of experience in Pega development.
  • Strong understanding of Pega architecture and design principles.
  • Experience with Pega PRPC/Pega Platform 8.x and above.
  • Proficiency in Pega rules, activities, data transforms, and UI development.
  • Experience with Pega integration services (REST, SOAP).
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD) is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud-based Pega deployments is a plus.
