Pega UI Architect – Pega CDH & Prediction Studio

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UI architecture and design for enterprise-scale PEGA applications, supporting customer service and operations platforms, ensuring scalable, responsive, and accessible user experiences
  • Define and enforce UI design standards and best practices within PEGA Cosmos and UI-Kit frameworks, ensuring consistency across multi-channel applications (web, CSR desktops, and self-service portals)
  • Partner with Product Owners, UX designers, business stakeholders, and CDH teams to translate complex telecommunications workflows and real-time decisioning strategies into intuitive, high-performance PEGA user interfaces
  • Architect reusable UI components, dynamic case views, and design templates to accelerate development and improve maintainability across multiple programs
  • Integrate Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) strategies and Next-Best-Action (NBA) frameworks into UI experiences to drive personalized, real-time customer engagement
  • Leverage Pega Prediction Studio to operationalize predictive models within customer-facing and CSR applications, ensuring decision transparency and measurable business outcomes
  • Optimize UI performance by tuning PEGA UI rules, promoting section reuse, declarative UI patterns, and modern front-end integration practices
  • Integrate PEGA UI with external systems and digital channels via REST services, mashups, and APIs to enable seamless omnichannel customer experiences
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG), branding standards, and enterprise UX guidelines while modernizing legacy UI to Cosmos-based designs
  • Mentor development teams on PEGA UI architecture, CDH integration patterns, and Prediction Studio implementation best practices
  • Conduct design and code reviews, guide implementation of complex screen flows, and support dynamic case management experiences
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and release teams to troubleshoot UI defects and support high-volume production deployments within a telecom environment
  • Play a key role in UI modernization and intelligent decisioning initiatives aligned to digital transformation and customer experience strategy

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of PEGA experience with strong focus on UI architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Next-Best-Action Designer
  • Proven experience implementing predictive models using Pega Prediction Studio
  • Deep expertise in PEGA Cosmos, UI-Kit, section rules, harnesses, skin rules, and case design
  • Experience integrating PEGA with REST services and enterprise systems
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design
  • Experience in telecommunications or large-scale
