Job Summary of People Analytics Analyst:
This role designs, builds, and automates reporting and dashboards (Workday, Power BI) to inform strategic decisions, ensures data governance, and partners with HRIS to create scalable solutions. The Analyst also drives cross-functional analyses and presents insights through clear visualizations and storytelling to support business objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of People Analytics Analyst: • Collect, consolidate, and validate HR and operational data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity. • Design, build, and automate HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track key metrics and KPIs for HR leadership. • Conduct in-depth data analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across the associate lifecycle. • Create data visualizations and presentations that communicate actionable insights to HR and business leaders. • Partner with HRIS and HR Business Partners to define metrics, standardize reporting, and ensure adoption of tools and dashboards. • Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to solve complex HR challenges and support predictive modeling (e.g., attrition, workforce planning). • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through data-driven recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience of People Analytics Analyst: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience as an HR Analyst, People Analyst, or in a similar data-driven HR role. • Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Workday Discovery Boards/Dashboards). • Experience with HR systems and reporting tools, including Workday Report Writer and PRISM. • Strong analytical skills, statistical knowledge, and experience with regression, cluster analysis, decision trees, and path analysis. • Hands-on experience with predictive modeling, R, Python, SPSS, or SQL is a plus. • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Salary: • $80,000 – $105,000 annually

Requirements
