SPIE Building Technology & Automation: Diese Position als HR-Controller m/w/d verbindet strategische HR-Projekte mit fundierter datenbasierter Analysekompetenz. Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit, die HR-Prozesse aktiv weiterdenkt, optimiert und neu gestaltet - und dabei über klassische Standard-Reportings hinausgeht. Durch aussagekräftige Kennzahlen, individuelle Analysen und Trendbewertungen wird eine belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlage für eine nachhaltige und zukunftsorientierte Personalsteuerung geschaffen.

Tasks

• Metrics & Reporting:
  • Creation, analysis, and interpretation of HR key figures and reports, as well as derivation of trends and recommendations for action
• Collaboration and Support:
  • Support of the People & Culture management of the business unit and the companies through sound analyses and scenario considerations
• Budget & Forecast:
  • Monitoring of the annual personnel cost budget as well as analysis of personnel expenses and creation of forecasts
• Process Optimization:
  • Further development of HR controlling processes, tools, and standards
• HR Projects:
  • Participation in strategic HR projects

Profile

• Qualification:
  • Completed studies, e.g., Business Administration (BWL) / Economics with a focus on Human Resources, or a comparable qualification, e.g., Industrial Clerk with ideally several years of professional experience
• Professional Experience:
  • Experience in HR controlling, including sound knowledge of personnel costs and expenses
• IT and System Skills:
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, Access, Excel, especially in macro programming, as well as SAP HCM / SuccessFactors
• Data Analysis & Tools:
  • Experience with data analysis or visualization tools is an advantage
• Personal Competencies:
  • Strong communication and assertiveness skills, experience in stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration
