About the Role

You will manage recruiting for commercial employees (Blue Collar) and ensure fast, efficient staffing. In close coordination with the departments, you will optimize processes, channels, and selection methods. Your contribution lies in structured interview management, clear direction, and a reliable candidate experience.

Your Responsibilities

• You manage the entire recruiting process for commercial employees and skilled workers – from requirements analysis to contract offer.
• You select suitable recruiting channels, actively manage them, and optimize performance for quick filling of open positions.
• You conduct structured, practical interviews and evaluate candidates based on clearly defined criteria.
• You advise Hiring Managers throughout the entire recruiting process and provide clear, well-founded decision-making bases.
• You analyze recruiting data and derive measures to improve time-to-hire and quality of hires.
• You contribute your own ideas for the further development of recruiting processes, interview standards, and channels.

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree or vocational training with a focus on HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in recruiting commercial employees (Blue Collar).
• You have experience in the structured management of recruiting processes and in conducting professional interviews.
• You work in a structured, self-reliant manner and convince with a quick grasp and high implementation speed.
• You are proficient in using ATS systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors, as well as MS Office.
• You communicate fluently in German and very well in English and present yourself clearly and reliably to Hiring Managers and candidates.
• You bring creativity and the will to continuously improve recruiting channels and processes.
