Senior Change Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to support a high-visibility regulatory initiative focused on enhancing client transparency and advisor readiness. This is a 7-month contract (with potential extension), operating in a hybrid model (1 day onsite/week + monthly in-office requirement). The role involves leading end-to-end change management activities, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful adoption across business teams within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage People Change Management initiatives for medium to high complexity projects
• Own and deliver change management workstreams aligned with timelines, budget, and adoption targets
• Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies, frameworks, and action plans
• Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations
• Drive stakeholder engagement and act as a trusted advisor to business and project teams
• Support communication planning and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience in People Change Management
• Experience within Wealth Management or investment domain
• Strong understanding of investment products and client advisory environment
• Ability to manage stakeholders and drive adoption across business units
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-driven projects
• Prior experience within large financial institutions
• ADKAR or similar change management certification
