About the role
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to support a high-visibility regulatory initiative focused on enhancing client transparency and advisor readiness. This is a 7-month contract (with potential extension), operating in a hybrid model (1 day onsite/week + monthly in-office requirement). The role involves leading end-to-end change management activities, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful adoption across business teams within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage People Change Management initiatives for medium to high complexity projects
- Own and deliver change management workstreams aligned with timelines, budget, and adoption targets
- Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies, frameworks, and action plans
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations
- Drive stakeholder engagement and act as a trusted advisor to business and project teams
- Support communication planning and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience in People Change Management
- Experience within Wealth Management or investment domain
- Strong understanding of investment products and client advisory environment
- Ability to manage stakeholders and drive adoption across business units
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-driven projects
- Prior experience within large financial institutions
- ADKAR or similar change management certification
