The Opportunity
This is a full time remote role for applicants in the United Kingdom only. The role supports Sales or customer facing organizations as a business partner, focusing on enabling teams and leaders daily. You will join the People Business Partnering function, reporting to the Sr. Manager, People Business Partnering, supporting the GTM Business Partnering team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner directly with GTM management and leadership teams building trusted advisor status
- Design and lead the annual delivery of the People Plan agenda related to learning, performance, and development
- Facilitate and present enablement topics remotely and at global and regional in-person offsites
- Identify needs, gaps, and opportunities in people management structures to improve organisational health
- Support new and experienced people managers to build consistent people management approaches
- Partner with People team to deliver annual processes on talent, performance, attrition, retention, and learning initiatives
- Contribute to enhancement and delivery of enablement processes and provide ongoing improvement perspectives
- Use AI tools and LLMs to build prompt-driven enablement workflows such as coaching briefs, readiness diagnostics, and sentiment analysis

Compensation & Rewards
- OTE compensation range GBP 72,000 - GBP 87,000
- Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) included
