We are looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to join a passionate, curious, and innovation-driven team, where technology and people evolve together in a dynamic, open, and continuously evolving environment.
What your day to day life will look like:
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end in Tech field
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure high-quality execution of performance management processes in partnership with the Manager's team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries
- Support and coach leaders in navigating complex or sensitive employee conversations, acting as a trusted HR advisor
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative, technology-driven People Experience initiatives
- Partner with external stakeholders to support and deliver key people-focused programs
Let’s talk about you:
- Strong experience in recruiting and head-hunting
- Intermediate-level experience in Human Resources
- Strong understanding of HR practices within the Canadian and Québec regulatory landscape
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and familiarity with HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to breaking down and executing complex tasks
- Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to navigate challenges effectively
- Fully bilingual in French and English
