Are you a Talent Acquisition expert who thrives on turning high-level strategy into world-class execution? We are looking for a People Lead: Global Talent Acquisition to join our team.

This is a pivotal role designed to bridge the gap between global strategy and regional delivery, ensuring our hiring practices are as innovative as they are effective.
The Role: • Drive Global Execution: Translate TA strategy into ready-to-use toolkits for our regional teams. • Lead Senior Hires: Personally manage end-to-end recruitment for Director-level and business-critical roles. • Innovate with Skills: Champion the shift to skills-based hiring to unlock future-facing potential. • Master the Data: Use TA dashboards to tell a story and recommend specific business interventions.
What You’ll Bring • Experience: 6–9 years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-regional delivery role. • Senior Recruitment Expertise: A proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment for senior hires. • Industry Savvy: Deep knowledge of the FMCG industry and current talent market trends. • Project Discipline: You are comfortable with structured project management • Technical & Soft Skills: Advanced skills in executive search, complex offer negotiations, and stakeholder management across diverse cultures. • Education: A degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
