About the role – Performance Marketing & Campaign Analytics Manager
You will act as the performance marketer across all CWP campaigns, with responsibility for: paid media execution (LinkedIn, YouTube/Google, Meta where relevant), campaign analytics setup and tracking (GA4, UTMs, attribution), ongoing campaign optimisation, and end-to-end performance reporting.
While the Marketing & Communications Lead defines overall strategy, messaging, setup and campaign planning, you will: support on ads strategy setup and budget distribution, ensure all campaigns are properly tracked from launch, take ownership of campaign performance once live, and lead on reporting for partners and internal use.
You will report directly to the Marketing & Communications Lead, working as a close extension of the core marketing function. You will also be supported by the Head of Operations on onboarding and wider operational matters, as part of CWP’s broader team structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, YouTube / Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Support campaign setup by advising on budget allocation, audience targeting, and campaign structure
- Optimise campaigns to improve audience quality, view rates, engagement, and cost efficiency
- Own live campaign performance, including monitoring results, adjusting budgets and targeting, and identifying optimisation opportunities
- Act as the day‑to‑day performance owner across all active campaigns
- Own and manage campaign analytics setup (GA4, event tracking, UTMs, attribution), ensuring all campaigns are fully measurable from launch
- Support and progressively take ownership of campaign reporting, delivering clear insights for partners and internal use
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Lead to ensure reporting is strategic, accurate, and aligned with partner expectations
