About the role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Paid Social) to join our growing team at Curate Group. You’ll work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to support the planning, launch, and optimisation of digital campaigns that drive ticket sales across our portfolio of live events.

This role will have a strong Paid Social focus, with Meta and TikTok advertising forming the core of your day-to-day work. You’ll help build and optimise campaigns, test creative strategies, and analyse performance data to maximise conversions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly within a fast-paced and creative events environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, launch and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok, with some exposure to Google Ads.
  • Support the day-to-day management of campaigns, ensuring performance aligns with targets and KPIs.
  • Build and refine audience targeting strategies to improve campaign efficiency and reach.
  • Write and test ad copy and creative messaging designed to drive conversions.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and apply insights to improve results and scale winning strategies.
  • Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives and campaign structures to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and pacing, ensuring spend is aligned with ticket sales targets.
  • Contribute to regular performance reporting, highlighting insights and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to test new formats, platforms and creative approaches.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to help improve creative output and acquisition strategies.

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent communication and written skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Some knowledge of Google Ads (beneficial but not essential).
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to improve campaign results.
  • Experience managing ad budgets.
  • Strong competency with Google Workspace / Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other tracking platforms is advantageous.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest new ideas, creative tests and campaign strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in events, entertainment, or live experiences is a bonus.
