Position Overview
Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies using our unique Customer Generation methodology focused on SQLs and Customers. We are seeking a proactive Paid Strategist (internally known as Senior Account Strategist, Paid Media) who excels at crafting winning strategies, managing custom client deliverables, and driving high-performing Paid Media campaigns for enterprise SaaS clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts
• Serve as direct support to client contacts
• Communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners to ensure task alignment and work quality
• Drive referrals through strong client relationships and professional networking
• Develop and build client strategies each quarter
• Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for multi-channel paid media campaigns
• Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
• Ensure accurate lead routing within a CRM
• Leverage the value of Programmatic campaigns
• Manage personal productivity and overall utilization
• Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals
• Execute and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency
• Proven experience working with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency environment
• Deep expertise in paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong grasp of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
• Ability to analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel for data-driven decision making
• Track record of measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
• A unique perspective on how to drive value for SaaS businesses
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel to visit clients as needed

• Compensation: Annual base salary range is $90,000–$110,000 USD with potential for bonus eligibility.
