The Role
Echelon Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Stuart, Florida. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. You will oversee our direct-to-consumer websites, manage our dedicated Amazon team, direct our internal advertising team, and coordinate closely with our Connected TV (CTV) agency. This is a high-impact position that requires a strategic thinker who is also comfortable diving deep into analytics to optimize performance across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize our return on investment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Website Oversight: Manage the performance, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience of Echelon Fitness's direct-to-consumer websites.
- Amazon Strategy: Oversee the Amazon team to drive sales, optimize listings, manage Amazon advertising campaigns, and ensure brand consistency on the platform.
- Advertising Management: Lead the internal advertising team in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across search, social, and display channels.
- Agency Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for our CTV agency, ensuring campaigns align with broader marketing goals and effectively reach our target audience.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and analyze key metrics to inform targeting, creative decisions, and budget allocation. Provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to develop high-performing assets and ensure all initiatives align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of analytical skills and marketing expertise. We are looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the e‑commerce, fitness, or consumer goods sectors.
- Strong understanding of website optimization and e‑commerce platforms.
- Demonstrated success in managing Amazon sales channels and advertising.
- Expertise in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and analyzing performance metrics.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies, specifically in the CTV or programmatic advertising space.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively across departments
