We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help us build a scalable acquisition and retention system capable of driving measurable business growth.

The Role

You’re not just someone who “runs ads.” You understand customer acquisition, attention, conversion psychology, retention and marketing systems.

Your role sits at the intersection of paid acquisition, lifecycle messaging, and growth optimisation. You wake up every day thinking: “How do I acquire more users efficiently, convert them faster, retain them longer, and improve marketing performance over time?”

You understand that performance marketing is not magic. It is a process of testing, learning, optimisation and scale. You are highly analytical, execution-focused and obsessed with measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Run paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, X, YouTube, Telegram and other relevant channels.
  • Own lifecycle marketing using Customer.io (or similar tools) across onboarding, activation, retention and reactivation flows across email, push notification and in-app messaging campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimise key metrics including CAC, CPI, ROAS, conversion rates, activation rates and retention performance.
  • Develop referral campaigns, incentive systems and promotional campaigns to improve acquisition efficiency and user retention.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, messaging, targeting and funnel flows.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design and Content teams to improve conversion and onboarding performance.
  • Develop and execute App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategies.
  • Analyse campaign performance, generate reports and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity and emerging acquisition opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or user acquisition roles.
  • Demonstrable experience scaling mobile app acquisition, activation and retention in fintech, crypto or tech-related startups.
  • Experience with lifecycle messaging platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, OneSignal or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, AppTweak and Search Console.
  • Experience working with attribution and deep-linking infrastructure.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, reporting and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to move fast, test rapidly and optimise continuously.
