Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – B2B | Brand & Lead Generation | wir sind raum®
Do you want to think about Performance Marketing not in isolation, but in conjunction with a strong brand? In this role, you will combine lead generation, conversion optimization, and brand management into an effective growth strategy. You will manage external partners, optimize campaigns, and ensure that all measures are brand-compliant and measurable.
Salary: EUR 45000 - 65000 per year
Responsibilities
- Development and management of a cross-channel performance marketing strategy (SEO, SEA, LinkedIn Ads)
- Responsibility for KPI-based lead generation (CPL, Conversion Rate, Pipeline Contribution) and continuous funnel optimization
- Management and further development of external agencies, including quality assurance and performance controlling
- Translation of content (e.g., white papers) into high-performing campaigns, landing pages, and ads
- Building reporting structures and deriving data-based recommendations for action
- Conception and implementation of further marketing measures (e.g., magazine, presentations, business stationery, etc.)

Requirements
- Experience in Performance Marketing / Online Marketing, ideally in the B2B environment
- In-depth understanding of SEO, SEA, Paid Social (especially LinkedIn), and conversion optimization
- Proficiency in handling KPIs, funnel logic, and data-driven decisions
- Experience in managing agencies and external partners
- A feel for brand, tonality, and effective communication

Requirements
