About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing efforts across North America. In this role, you will own full-funnel performance marketing, translate global strategy into regional execution, and drive measurable growth across multiple digital channels.
You will work closely with global teams while acting as the regional expert, ensuring campaigns are both locally relevant and globally aligned.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-funnel performance marketing across awareness, consideration, and conversion
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Amazon, Retail Media Networks, Meta, YouTube, SEM/SEO, and emerging platforms
- Own and manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI optimization
- Develop KPI frameworks and partner with analytics teams for data-driven decision-making
- Execute A/B testing and performance experiments to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and merchandising teams to enhance campaign performance
- Drive Amazon and Retail Media strategies (Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, etc.)
- Ensure readiness for major events like Prime Day, Black Friday, and product launches
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing across digital channels
- 2+ years managing Amazon advertising (AMS) and retail media platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ROI optimization, dashboards, and attribution models
- Hands-on experience with budget management, forecasting, and campaign optimization
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, creative, sales, and brand teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
