This role is ideal for a marketing professional who can take ownership of performance marketing efforts, improve return on ad spend, and help drive measurable revenue growth across e-commerce channels. The company has an established online presence and active advertising budget but is seeking someone who can bring structure, optimization, and stronger data-driven decision-making to its marketing efforts.

The position blends strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution and requires someone comfortable working across multiple digital platforms while collaborating directly with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:
    • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    • Amazon Marketplace
    • TikTok
    • Google Ads
    • Email/SMS marketing channels
    • Shopify / Direct-to-Consumer platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for:
    • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
    • Revenue growth
    • Customer acquisition efficiency
  • Conduct A/B testing and ongoing performance analysis
  • Manage marketing budgets and reallocate spend based on performance
  • Improve attribution tracking, reporting structure, and marketing analytics
  • Collaborate on creative direction and performance-focused content strategy
  • Support product launches, promotions, and e-commerce growth initiatives
  • Identify new growth opportunities across digital channels
  • Provide consistent reporting and actionable recommendations to leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in performance marketing and paid media management
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and e-commerce marketing
  • Experience managing Shopify-based DTC brands
  • Ability to both develop strategy and execute campaigns independently
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience optimizing campaigns based on data
  • Comfortable working in entrepreneurial or growth-focused environments
  • Experience with marketplace and direct-to-consumer marketing preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and project ownership skills

What Success Looks Like
