Performance Marketing Manager (B2C) m/w

EvidenaCare is the leading telemedicine platform for medical cannabis in Switzerland. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and versatile individual with technical understanding who will be responsible for customer support on our platform, further develop our digital visibility, and additionally manage our social media presence.

Your Tasks

Customer Support & Platform Management (Main Focus)

• First point of contact for patients and customers with questions about the platform
• Support with account, appointment, order, and application problems
• Processing and resolution of technical issues (1st level support)
• Ensuring a smooth and positive user experience
• Proactive identification of recurring problems and optimization of processes
• Interface between customers and internal teams (Tech, Operations, Medicine)

IT-related Tasks (Supportive)

• Support with technical questions regarding the platform
• Participation in the further development and improvement of the user experience
• Testing new features and providing feedback to development

SEO & Website Optimization

• Implementation and further development of SEO measures
• Keyword research and optimization of existing content
• Analysis of performance data (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console)
• Contribution to increasing organic reach

Social Media (Secondary Area)

• Support in managing our social media channels
• Creation and planning of content
• Assistance with community management and content planning

Your Profile

• Good IT affinity and understanding of platforms and tools
• Initial experience in SEO is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in the social media area
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High personal responsibility and hands-on mentality
• Very good German language skills, English is an advantage.
