Responsibilities

  • You will manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • You will independently implement content and campaigns (e.g., website, LinkedIn, sales materials)
  • You will develop the website and organic channels (SEO, Content, potentially)

Requirements

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification – or you convince us with relevant practical experience
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B environment (e.g., startup, scaleup, or agency)
  • You have experience in performance marketing and managing paid campaigns (e.g., Google, LinkedIn) as well as a strong understanding of growth topics
  • You are familiar with organic channels such as SEO and content marketing and think cross-channel
  • You work data-driven, think in funnels and KPIs, and are proficient in using common tools (e.g., Analytics, CRM, Marketing Automation)
  • You can communicate complex B2B topics understandably and have excellent German writing skills as well as good English skills
