You will have the opportunity to take full responsibility for our Italian market as Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)*. You will focus on the target group, identify user touchpoints, suitable bidding strategies and optimized tracking. You will compare and evaluate campaigns and various channels (paid search, paid social). If you have a passion for this, then you've come to the right place!
Responsibilities
- As a Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d)*, you will be responsible for our performance marketing activities in the Italian market.
- The conception, management and optimization of campaigns will be in your hands.
- You will test and iterate different campaign types and channels to find the best multi-channel mix.
- You will perform performance analyses of your campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
- By implementing keyword research and A/B testing, you will achieve the highest possible profitability and high conversion rates.
- You are responsible for the budget planning, forecasting and balancing near-term impact with a clear long-term roadmap.
Requirements
- You have extensive professional experience in performance marketing and SEA, ideally in B2C lead generation.
- You are well versed in conversion goals (definition & implementation), offline conversion tracking, bid strategies, and campaign management.
- You have technical know-how in using Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Editor, Excel, and ideally Tableau.
- Your experience with various advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads will help you in your daily work.
- You bring a strong analytical mindset with a skillset in Excel and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- You have strong communication skills in Italian, English and German is a plus.
